Red, this is a block long spot in Rapid City that is known as Art Alley. Artists have permission from building owners to do their artwork there. It is a favorite place for family photos, wedding and prom photos, etc. There is a some graffiti, but also some really neat work.

Graffiti makes a mess, but if you look at it some of it's very interesting. It's just too bad they wouldn't put it in more appropriate places
